Dr. Roger Mason presented a workshop at the 2016 International Competitive Intelligence Conference held April 19-22 in Bad Nauheim, Germany. The conference attracted competitive intelligence professionals from around the world. One topic of great interest was the use of war games in collecting and evaluating critical intelligence. The speakers included war games and scenario analysis experts such as Dr. Jan Schwarz of Decision Strategies Intentional, Dr. Margit Warneke of Boehringer Ingelhiem, and Olivia Chan from Rolls-Royce UK. Dr. Mason’s topic was The Use of War Gaming During Compressed Intelligence Collection and Decision Cycles. The conference was an exciting opportunity to share some of LECMgt’s expertise and experience in the development and employment of war games for non-military use.
