LECMgt and University of Hawai’i, Manoa

LECMgt has been retained for a two year project by the University of Hawai’i, Manoa to upgrade their current emergency operations plan, prepare a continuity/recovery plan, and develop a series of tabletop, semi functional, and full scale functional exercises. In 2015 LECMgt evaluated the current emergency plan and developed three crisis decision making exercises. LECMgt also completed one of the first Threat Hazards Identification Risk Assessments at a major public research university in the United States. LECMgt is excited about returning to Hawaii to continue our great partnership with UH Manoa.
